Rajon Rondo’s impressive assist streak

In 4 games against the Philadelphia 76ers, Rondo has 59 assists. He had 17 in Game 1, 13 in Game 2, 14 in Game 3 and 15 last night in Game 4.

He is the first player since 1986 to have more than 13 assists in 4 straight playoff games.

So far during this postseason, Rondo has a total of 118 assists, the most of any player and 53 more than the next best player, Chris Paul, who has 65.

He has had 10+ assists in 32 of his last 33 games going back to the regular season.

Rondo never had more than 9 assists in a game during his career at the University of Kentucky.
